These relaxed, free & Al Fresco sessions will teach you how to slow down, relax and unwind, in the magical World Peace Garden (next to Hampstead Heath Overground Train station) The sessions are a blend of breathing, relaxation, mindfulness and visualisation techniques to leave you feeling, calm, relaxed and recharged. All in the tranquil setting of this beautiful space.
