MY MISSION: I am passionate about working with people experiencing stress due to anxiety, lack of confidence and low self-esteem. Most of all, I help people to thrive! As a result, I help them master effective stress management and public speaking skills, and in addition, achieve better work-life balance and wellbeing. My training is based on over 25 years’ experience. I have combined a background in Performance, Public Speaking and Theatre with Healthcare, Stress Management & Wellbeing. I bring this unique skill-set to all my work. Perhaps especially relevant, is the fact that I have experienced anxiety and panic attacks first-hand. I use my training in breathing, relaxation, mindfulness and health & wellbeing myself – in short, I practise what I preach and… it works!
