MY MISSION:
I am passionate about working with Leaders, Managers and Teams to identify, reduce and prevent, workplace stress, anxiety, depression and burnout.
Most of all, I help people build resilience & thrive!
My training is based on over 25 years’ experience. I have combined a background in Performance & Public Speaking with extensive training in Corporate Stress Management, Healthcare & Wellbeing, Mindfulness & Mental Health First Aid.
I bring this unique skill-set to all my work. Perhaps especially relevant, is the fact that I have experienced anxiety and panic attacks first-hand. I use my training in breathing, relaxation, mindfulness and health & wellbeing myself – in short, I practice what I preach and… it works!
