I have been teaching Stress Management, Wellbeing, Public Speaking,  and Communication Skills for Leaders, Teams, Community Groups and Individuals (adults and young people) for 30 years.

I decided to specialise in Stress Management after working in private practice and identifying that people needed simple, practical tools and techniques for stress management and public speaking to achieve a better work-life balance.

I trained in Corporate Stress Management, Healthcare & Wellbeing, Mindfulness and a range of complementary health therapies:

Therapeutic, Deep Tissue and Swedish Massage; Aromatherapy and Swiss Reflex Therapy. Prior to this I spent many years teaching Communication and Presentation Skills, Voice Coaching and dynamic Breathing and Relaxation Techniques and, in what now seems another life, Theatre, Comedy, Performance and Public Speaking.

My aim remains, to help people build resilience, manage stress and to thrive.

I achieve this by teaching practical tools and techniques that are easy to master, simple to apply to everyday-life and which help Leaders, Managers and Teams achieve realistic results and positive, lasting change.



My Approach:

I believe learning should be fun as well as informative and training should be delivered with warmth and compassion and therefore take care to build trust and a supportive workshop atmosphere.
