Mental Health Awareness May 2022 

May is Mental Health Awareness month and this year the theme is Loneliness. 1 in 4 adults and growing numbers of children and young people are experiencing loneliness. While talking to family, friends, a GP, teacher or counsellor can be a big help, not everyone feels able to reach out. Helpful activities may include: Writing, Journaling, Mindfulness, Volunteering, joining a choir, Walking, Music.
