But, with many people hanging on to their jobs for fear of  unemployment or redundancy in the current market, and many more working long hours and skipping breaks, how realistic do you find it to work your proper hours? If you work in a company that has a long-hours culture and you don’t feel able to make a stand and assert your needs, what steps are you taking to ensure you maintain a healthy work-life balance?
